Digitalization acts as a critical enabler of the energy and industrial transition by providing real-time data, intelligent system integration and optimized process control \u2013 from renewable electricity generation and electrolysis to hydrogen infrastructure and industrial applications. Hydrogen, as an energy carrier and raw material, is intended to defossilize energy-intensive industries in particular and make Europe less dependent on fossil fuels in the future.
