The waste heat generated at the plant site in P\u00f6ls from the waste gas process and the caustic boiler has been converted into hot water for district heating since the completion of the project presented here.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-555b61c9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"555b61c9\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1f5d2003\" data-id=\"1f5d2003\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86784bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"86784bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The extracted heat (about 96,000 MWh \/ a) to the district heating network of the district heating supplier Bioenergy Aichfeld for the large area of Judenburg, Zeltweg and Aichdorf will be delivered via a newly constructed heat transport pipeline. This means that around 2.5 million m3 of natural gas and 8.5 million liters of fuel oil are substituted each year. The cooperation between the paper manufacturer Zellstoff P\u00f6ls AG and the district heating company Bioenergy Aichfeld means that the existing energy potential will be used sensibly.
