ANDRITZ HYDRO, the global market leader for hydropower plants with headquarters in Weiz, Austria, supplies electromechanical equipment for the project. The tidal-lagged hydroelectric power plant will be built in the Severn estuary, which has the second-largest tidal range in the world, and will supply 155,000 households with renewable energy.
